By accessing or using QUEREX.ACADEMY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 16 years old to use QUEREX.ACADEMY. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Course Access & Subscriptions

Free accounts provide access to designated free courses. Paid plans (Pro monthly, Pro annual, Lifetime) grant access to the full course library as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Lifetime access means access for the life of the Platform.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or after certificate generation. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform code are owned by QUEREX.ACADEMY. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content without express written permission. Your personal use of course materials for learning is permitted.

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing 100% of a course's modules. Certificates are for personal and professional portfolio use only and do not constitute academic credentials.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

QUEREX.ACADEMY is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
