Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You have not generated a certificate of completion for more than one course
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly Pro plans, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available for the current month if requested within 30 days of the original subscription start date.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request through your account settings with the subject "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Free Accounts
Free accounts are not charged and are therefore not eligible for refunds. The first course is completely free with no credit card required.
